As a provider of digital services, UP Marketing delivers non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provided or the project has commenced. By hiring our services, you agree to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before the service has commenced, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund.

After Service Commencement:

  • Once the service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. The service will be deemed to have commenced once we have started working on your project, which includes but is not limited to research, planning, or any form of content creation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for any services that have already been delivered, including but not limited to consultations, strategy sessions, or any form of digital marketing services.

Exceptions:

  • In exceptional cases where a refund is warranted due to a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days.

Delivery Policy

Service Commencement

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will initiate the service within the agreed-upon timeframe. The specific commencement date will be communicated to the client via email or our project management platform.

Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery timeline for each service varies depending on the nature and scope of the project. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during the initial consultation and project proposal stage.
  • We strive to adhere to these timelines as closely as possible. However, factors such as client feedback, revisions, and unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery schedule. In such cases, we will communicate any changes promptly.

Method of Delivery

  • All digital services and deliverables will be provided electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, reports, analysis, content, and other digital assets.
  • Deliverables will be shared through secure online platforms, email, or other agreed-upon methods to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Client Responsibilities

  • Timely Feedback: To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we request that clients provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project.
  • Access to Information: Clients must provide necessary information, access, and materials required for the completion of the service.

OFAC Compliance

Prohibited Countries and Individuals

  • We do not conduct business with individuals, entities, or countries that are subject to OFAC sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals and entities listed on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and countries subject to comprehensive sanctions.

Screening Process

  • We perform due diligence and screening of all clients against the OFAC sanctions lists before initiating any business relationship. If a client is found to be on the OFAC list, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Compliance Obligations

  • UP Marketing complies with all OFAC regulations and expects our clients to do the same. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are not engaging in activities that would violate OFAC regulations.

Changes to Policy

UP Marketing reserves the right to modify this Refund/Cancellation and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through direct communication.
